Rankings coming into this weekend and Bears vs Shocks

Shocks came into Hammons tonight and won in 4, though Bears had chances to have taken it to 5, blowing a 19-15 lead in the 3rd set, giving away points instead of making WSU earn them. Very impressed with Shocks' passing, making for easy sets and swings. They've got a veteran front squad, and it shows. First two sets had some very funky, flucky ball going on. Neither set was close at the end. Bears stayed competitive right up until the final point of the fourth sets and played without Kaitlin Jaeger, their soph MB who has been coming on both offensively and defensively the last 2-3 weeks.
Jays took apart Illinois St in 3 tonight in Normal, and SIU beat BU in 5 at BU. UNI rolled against Eville.
