(volleyball) With the Creighton loss and the UNI victory over Bradley, the Panthers clinched a top 2 seed for the conference tourney (which means not having to play on Thursday).

Pretty much.

Couple years ago we got an at-large as an unranked team, and we are #13 in the nation right now.

The pressing question is will the NCAA let UNI host a volleyball 1st/2nd round this year? It would be a shame if they don't. I think they will, the only concern is having so many other schools in the area like Iowa State, Minnesota, Illinois, and Nebraska as likely host sites.
