we have our 1st women's MVC NCAA champion of the 2016 meet, SIU's DeAnna Price breaks her own NCAA meet record and wins the Hammer Throw. (234-08")

The Missouri State quartet finished 21st in the women's 4 x 100 meter relay and did not make the finals, they will be honorable mention all americans.

In the women's 400, SIU's Chrissa Harris finished 22nd in 54.94 and did not make the finals, so she will be honorable mention all american

the meet resumes today at 5:30 on ESPN I believe, or one of the ESPN channels.

Our only two women athletes competing today are Paige Knodle of UNI in the Heptathlon and Ashley Petersen of WSU in the high jump

the high jump starts at 5pm and has a dedicated camera on ESPN3 for that event if you want to watch just that event
