Now, if someone could be so kind as to explain the Icons to the left of the topic threads, and what each mean, the blue vs red, the moving print inside each, and the star inside of them, I would appreciate it.

Red = unread posts
Blue = no unread posts
Star = you've posted in this topic
Moving print = more than 1 page in the topic
