The recent news on Perry has made me quite happy. I know nothing is guaranteed, but it sounds as though we are very much in the picture and that's all I can ask for. For him to give us a serious look and consider the possibilities. I don't want to see him end up at Kansas. If we can't get him, I hope he leaves the state.

The latest rumor on DeWitt is that he did not get a release, will not file an appeal, and will honor his commitment.
