While angst regarding returning HC Paul Lusk remains high, the Bears did conclude what looks to be a productive spring recruiting class with the addition of 3 jucos . They will be added to a 3 man recruiting class of HS players from the fall and the addition of rs freshman 6'6 Robin Thompson. Juco additions are as follows:

DUQUON MILLER 5'10 PG MOTLOW ST, 19 ppg; 9 apg, 2.6 stls, 40% 3pt
KEVIN BAKER 6'2 G, PENSACOLA ST, 10.8 ppg, 37% 3pt
JORDAN MARTIN 6'8,235 C, JOHN A LOGAN, 8.6 PPG, 5.7 RBS,

They join the aforementioned Thompson who was starting before taking a medical rs last season, and the following:

OBEDIAH CHURCH 6'8 F
RYAN KREKLOW 6'3 SG
JARRED DIXON 6'3 PG

Bear's evidently not done as they add 6'6 juco wing Reggie Williams who follows head coach Matt Sligh from Mottlow State . Williams had a good showing at the recent unsigned juco show case exhibiting the requisite shooting, ballhandling, defensive skills for a potential D-1 wing. Not certain if he is on scholy or a walkon as the Bears are currently at limit. Mostly a depth addition, but at the least, he adds a true wing player to backup Kendrix at the 3 spot for the Bears. A lot of new bodies, some intriguing players, [ Church/Miller/Thompson/ Baker]; but same coach may be limiting factor.
