BEARS GET 2018 JUCO WING
Posted: April 15th, 2018, 7:32 amBear's got their 2nd 2018 commit and 3rd overall[ 2019 Ty Freeman] for Coach Dana Ford when 6'5 Odessa JC wing Keandre Cook signed with the Bears. Cook averaged 15 ppg, 5.4 rbs, shot 56% fg, 36% 3pt,79% ft.
With the previous LOI from 6'4 Darnell Butler, and a holdover recruit 6'6 Kabir Mohammed from San Jacinto, Cook joins those two and 3 rs , 6'7 Jared Ridder, 6'11 Darrian Scott, 6'1, James Byrd as additions to this years Bear squad.
The situation with the 6'9 Polish twins remains unclear, but Bear fans aren't holding their breaths at this time. Bears would appear to have 2 possibly 3 more scholys to give this spring.
