Bears get verbal from 2019 PG

Dajuan Harris, a 6'2 pg from Columbia Rock Bridge HS in MO. has given a verbal to coach Ford and the Bears. He's the second player from one of the top programs in Missouri to commit to the Bears for 2019 following 6'4 sg, Jamanta Black . Bears are hot after a third teammate, 6'6' wing Isiah Mosley the highest rated of the 3, who also has an offer from his hometown team MU. Bears are full on paper for 2019 , but appear to be looking to add at least one more in the fall signing period and then see what the year brings. We will lose 4 players off the 2018 squad in J Dixon, O Church, R Kreklow, and grad transfer J Webster, but have 3 transfers redshirting in 6'7 Tulio Da Silva, 6'6 Josh Hall, and 6'1 Tyrik Dixon, and now have 3 frosh signed in Black, Harris, and Springfield homeboy 6'6 Ty Freeman. Abdul Fofana 6'7 forward who was one of the two players injured in the Cryo fiasco, is medically redshirting this year as well. The Bears squad will be a little thin this year with the 4 redshirts not available, as they have 11 players available including 3 year walkon Ross Owens, but are really set up well for 2019 with a deep, very long and athletic squad.

Jordan Burton on Harris: "The Rock Bridge/MOKAN ELITE product is one of the best two-way point guards in the nation IMO. I can't overstate how big of a get this is for Dana Ford".
The Bear is the largest carnivore on the North American continent; beware the Bear!
