KSU vs. UCLA

It was good that K-State won over UCLA, 31-22, but Snyder better find a quarterback that can run the team.
Carson Coffman is not that quarterback. He is big and slow.

Because the MVC is primarily a basketball league, I think any discussion about football (particularly in the slow time leading up to basketball season) is fine. There hasn't been a lot of football talk on the site thus far, so I'm not sure we need to relegate it to MVFC only at this point.

For what it is worth, Missouri State hung more on KSU's 1st team defense than UCLA did...Bears had a very good showing against the Wildcats and hopefully is a sign of good things to finally come for this program under Terry Allen

Agreed. Just being 1-A or in a BCS confeerence doesn't mean a football team is good.

That is, until UCLA kicked Texas in the teeth today, hammering the Longhorns 34-12 in Austin. Did anyone see that one coming?
