3 MVFC teams made the 20 team playoff field
unfortunately, they all got stuck in the "play-in" round (3 of the 4 first round games have MVFC teams)

Western Illinois travels to Conway, SC to take on the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers (6-5, auto qualifier from the Big South conference). The winner of that matchup will move on to face the #1 seed, Appalachian State Mountaineers, in Boone, NC

NDSU hosts the Robert Morris Colonials (8-2, auto qualifier from the Northeast Conference). The winner of that matchup will move on to face the #4 seed, Montana State Bobcats, in Bozeman, MT.

UNI hosts the Lehigh Mountain Hawks (9-2, auto qualifier from the Patriot League). The winner of that matchup will move on to face the #3 seed, Delaware Blue Hens, in Newark, DE.

UNI should have no problem at Lehigh. Drake hung with Lehigh, and I know there is no way the Bulldogs could hang with UNI.

Congrats to the Panthers, Bison & Leathernecks. Three bids are a good thing; hope one of them goes our way next season.
