Of course, there was the obligatory "we don't recruit enough players from Southern Illinois" talk on other parts of the Internet. Look at the SIU roster and you will find that simply isn't the case.

Salukis lose third straight game, and second in a row at home 31-24 to South Dakota. At Youngstown State next Saturday. Looking like another losing season. Every MVFC home team won yesterday, except SIU. Sad.

Now I realize we've sucked for decades, but how could you actually forget Indiana State had a football team?
