Bison defeat SIU 38-7, and clearly dominated the game from the start.
Salukis finish 8-5, and record their third straight winning season. Program is headed in the right direction, but NDSU showed today why they should be the favorite again to win it all. Until next Fall.

I noticed Avante’ did not play today. Do you know what his injury is? Wouldn’t have changed the outcome, but would have helped the offense having him out there.

He would have opened things up a bit more, but you're correct, would not have changed the outcome. He hurt his shoulder I believe a few weeks ago, but last week might have tweaked his knee vs South Dakota. Glad he and Hartrup are back next year!

Looking forward to a lot of Baker to Cox next year. Any Chance D’Ante’ will be back 100% next season? Would love to see what he could do if healthy for a full season. He was better than Avante’ @ Rochester.

Interesting you say that about D'Ante because he went to a lower level football, where his brother went to Wyoming. Have not heard anything regarding his injury. Dawgs will have somewhat of a rebuild next year, but hearing some good portal transfers have been offered.

Let’s just say the lower level had nothing to do with D’Ante’s playing ability. He was a non-scholarship at Illinois prior to transferring to SIU. His talent was not his reason for leaving and transferring to SIU.

NDSU defeats Montana State 38-10 to win their 9th FCS national title in 11 years. Pretty remarkable.

Yes it is. Maybe it's time for them to move up? Somewhere, anywhere as far as I'm concerned.

It took a nudge from their conference members to get St. Thomas to move up --- is it time for the same for NDSU?

Not sure what else they have to prove? Who wants a dominating program to join their conference? MWC, WAC? IMO their location is an issue, but who knows?
