So many small touch fouls are constantly being called. Basketball is getting awful tough to watch when games reach 50-60 fouls in 40 minutes of game time. I was at the BU game yesterday and it just seemed to drag on. Everyone around me was talking about how many stoppages there were. I didn't realize how many fouls have been called in total in tonight's game but I also have a laptop with me so I'm not just sitting through the stoppages like the crowd has to.

Bears on fire and up by 15. Looks like yet another UNI loss. They have to win their next game... right?

One thing is for sure: I feel a heck of a lot better about that whupping they laid on us at the ARC after watching this.

UNI seems to be out of this one with 10 minutes to go unless something changes. UNI is struggling on offense, is getting out rebounded bad, and cannot run the floor.

It will be a must win for both Loyola and UNI. Could be fun to watch!

It should be a hard fought game! If UNI can get the lead I think they will keep it. If they get behind their team isn't suited very well to comeback.

Remember when someone on this forum recently posted that he was unimpressed with the Bears talent? That the Bears had Alize and a bunch of average players. What was that guy smoking??

Still not convinced we can get it done due to coaching but we sure are loaded from a talent standpoint.

I have seen nothing but a talented group that is fun to watch offensively and defensively. I have you guys as the solid first place team in the regular season. Anything goes as far as Arch Madness is concerned.

On another note, UNI finally decided to show up and are playing with energy for the first time in the second half. MSU needs to put this one away after such a great game.

UNI just had all of the chances to comeback! Way too many missed FTs at the end of the game for the Bears.

Bears had a pretty putrid night offensively, got nothing from the backcourt sans Miller. Alize with 24 pts, 20 rebounds. UNI fought back late when the Bears got sloppy with a 19 point lead and began missing foul shots, but this game really wasn't that close.
The Bear is the largest carnivore on the North American continent; beware the Bear!
