Great win by Drake. ISU is a good team with a lot of talent.

Iowa St has a lot of talent, but they looked like a terrible team tonight. Offensively they were like a bunch of talented individuals freelancing. Defensively they just didn't seem that motivated.

Not that I want to take anything away from Drake. That was a great effort that I didn't think was possible a week ago.

Yeah I don't even think we made it up to a D+ last night...

Big win for Drake. I wish I could have seen it to add more insight but I didn't. That will be a solid win. Iowa State might not be in the top of the Big XII, but I doubt they will be the bottom either.

I think Drake just out-toughed ISU. ISU has the better players, Drake has the better team. Definitely the most mental toughness I've seen from a Drake team under Phelps.

ISU shot twice as many free throws as the Bulldogs, but Drake shot 50% from the field vs 37% for ISU.

Drake was missing 2 key players (Van Deest and Uhlenhopp), but it was nice to have scholarship 10 guys in uniform instead of the 5 the 'dogs had in their exhibition game.
